Cell Leader / Floor Person – All Shifts

Full time

8 hour shifts, Monday – Friday with some weekend work

The Cell Leader is responsible for coordinating various daily production functions and supporting the Packers to maintain production levels.  The Cell Leader duties include stocking packaging materials at workstations, setting up and maintaining production equipment (sealers, tape dispenser, scales, etc.) as needed and verifying product counts in boxes, date coding, sealing, labeling and skidding finished products.  The Cell Leader is also responsible for assisting with quality control by visually inspecting parts and notifying the Shift Supervisor and/or QC Inspectors of any issues and then helping to resolve those issues.   The Cell Leader may perform minor adjustments to equipment and machinery as requested by a Supervisor.

PACKERS – FULL TIME – ALL SHIFTS

Full time

8 hour shifts, Monday – Friday w/some weekend work

SUMMARY

The Packer will produce cable ties in accordance with our predetermined quality standards.  The Packer will work on assigned machinery to produce cable ties, ensuring accurate counts and weights per package in accordance with order specifications.  The Packer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of product, proper packaging and labels to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

INJECTION MOLDING – MOLD TECHNICIAN – ALL SHIFTS

Full time

8 hour shifts, Monday – Friday w/some weekend work

The Mold Technician is responsible for ensuring day-to day functionality of the production machinery.  The mold tech will monitor and operate machines to analyze results to ensure they meet company standards.  The Mold Technician is also responsible for troubleshooting problems and performing repairs on all production equipment and other supporting equipment, such as grinders, etc.  The Mold Technician will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation of work orders and proper communication related to any issues with equipment.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – 2nd and 3rd Shifts

8 Hour Shifts, Monday – Friday w/some weekend work

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring day-to-day functionality of the production machinery.  The Maintenance Technician will monitor and operate machines to analyze results to ensure they meet company standards.  The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for troubleshooting problems and performing repairs on all production equipment and other supporting equipment such as grinders, etc.  The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation of work orders and proper communication related to any issues with the equipment.  With limited supervision, the Maintenance Technician relies upon prior knowledge of electrical and mechanical theory to complete the work.
