The requirements below are the minimum experience and skills required for this role:

 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Strong organizational aptitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word (mail merge in particular)
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot preferred), concepts and principles
  • Good work ethic and professionalism
  • Able to work well with a team and be collaborative
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Enthusiastic, committed, enjoys working with people
  • 2 – 4 years marketing / telemarking experience preferred
