The requirements below are the minimum experience and skills required for the Molding Shift Supervisor:

 

  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent) plus four (4) years of manufacturing experience and two (2) years supervisory experience, OR a similar combination of education and work experience.
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Able to work under pressure with time sensitive matters and respond quickly to get machinery back to working condition.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team, as well as independently, and work from verbal and/or written instructions.
  • Solid mechanical skills, ability to read schematics, and prior experience with production machinery.
  • Knowledge of injection molding machines and basic processing with a comprehensive understand of molds.
  • Ability to effectively communicate using the basic English language.
  • Basic computer skills (Word/Outlook) and knowledge of ERP software.
